Consumption-Based Service: Our service is consumed through usage - each document processed and voice file generated represents immediate value delivery that cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.
2. Refund Policy for Monthly Subscriptions
No Refunds After Service Consumption
Due to the immediate and consumable nature of our digital service, refunds are not available once you have used any Pro features during your billing period.
Service Consumption Includes:
- Processing any documents through our AI summarization engine
- Generating voice narrations using our text-to-speech service
- Accessing unlimited document processing capabilities

Exceptional Circumstances: Refunds may be considered in the following rare cases:

- Automatically revert to Free plan limits after subscription expires
- Retain access to previously generated content
- Can resubscribe at any time to regain Pro features
Data Retention:
- Your account and generated content remain accessible
- No data is deleted when you cancel your subscription
- Free plan usage limits apply to new document processing
- Previously generated audio files remain available for download
4. Billing Issues and Disputes
