AI-Generated Content: While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated summaries and content may contain errors. You should review and verify all AI-generated content before relying on it for important decisions.

Our Intellectual Property: All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and design, are owned by AI Compliance Whisperer and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of the original documents you upload. However, by using our Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, analyze, and generate summaries from your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Generated Content: AI-generated summaries and audio files created through our Service are provided to you under a non-exclusive license. You may use this content for your business purposes but may not resell or redistribute our AI processing services.

Feedback: Any feedback, suggestions, or improvements you provide regarding the Service may be used by us without compensation or attribution.

Modification Rights: We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.

Notification: We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes through email or in-app notifications. However, it is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
